Hi! I'm Shiela Platilla, working from Megaworld Corporation as a Property Consultant. Since I am compelled to discuss about the projects we offer, I am very willing to share the luxurious residences that we offer. :)

My favorite residential condominium is the Venice Luxury Residence. It is located in McKinley Hill, Taguig, Metro Manila.

I like it because of its Italian-inspired design. The different types of units in the residence are studio units, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and penthouse.

What I liked about this residence is that all units have balcony. From the balcony, you could see the man-made Grand Canal below.

Now that I've mentioned the essential details of the condominium. I would like to share some fun facts :)

The conceptual architect of the project was an Italian. His name is Arch. Paolo Marioni.
That's why you might notice that the towers are shaped like the "ferros" of a gondola.

It is very convenient to live in this residence because of the abundant restaurants in the Piazza. If you are too lazy to cook (like me! hahaha) or too lazy to go to a mall to eat, this condominium would be suitable for you. There are variety of restaurants in the Venice Piazza so you will just have to go down from your unit and walk to eat delicious food. While eating, you will get to enjoy the scenery. :)
